The Role

We are seeking Scaffolders or Scaffolding Leading Hands to join our highly respected team. In this role, you will erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently to support construction and maintenance projects. Leading Hands will be responsible for managing a team of scaffolders on-site.

You will be responsible for ensuring scaffolds are built to specification, compliant with safety standards, and ready for use by site teams. You will work closely with our site supervisors and project teams to ensure no detail is missed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Structure Assembly: Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures in line with drawings and instructions.

• Safety Inspections: Inspect and maintain scaffolds to ensure ongoing safety and stability.

• Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, risk controls, and site requirements.

• Equipment Management: Use tools, equipment, and gear safely and effectively during scaffold assembly.

• Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to complete scaffolding tasks on time and to specification.
