The Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Evening Carpark Sweeper Operator to join our facilities team at a busy shopping Centre. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and safety of the centre's outdoor carparks, service docks, entrances, and surrounding external areas

Specific responsibilities may include:

·         Operate a ride-on sweeper to maintain cleanliness throughout shopping Centre carparks Conduct litter picking and rubbish removal across external areas.

·         Maintain loading docks, service yards, and waste management areas.

·         Pressure washes pedestrian entrances, walkways, and other designated areas.

·         Operate a pressure washing buggy and other specialised cleaning equipment.

·         Complete scheduled periodic cleaning tasks to a high standard.

·         Identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, or damage within the carpark and external areas.

·         Ensure equipment is maintained, cleaned, and stored appropriately.

·         Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and site-specific requirements.

Use mobile devices and digital systems to complete inspections, reports, and work orders

The Candidate

To ensure your success in this role we anticipate that the successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Valid driver's licence.

• Ability to work evening shifts and occasional weekends/public holidays.

• Ability to pass pre-employment checks if required.

• Previous ride-on sweeper experience highly regarded.

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning duties throughout a full shift.

• All successful applicants will be required to undergo a full medical check and police check.
