About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team on a casual basis, working four to five days per week, including team leading over weekend shifts. You'll play a key role in maintaining our high housekeeping standards while supporting and guiding the housekeeping team day to day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the housekeeping team during rostered shifts, including weekends

• Allocate rooms and tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor completion

• Conduct quality checks on serviced rooms and public areas to ensure Quest brand standards are met

• Assist with hands-on cleaning and servicing of apartments as required

• Manage linen, amenities, and cleaning supply stock levels

• Report maintenance issues and liaise with the Housekeeping Manager/Business Owner

• Train and support new or casual housekeeping staff

• Ensure WHS standards are followed at all times

About You

• Previous housekeeping experience essential; team leader or supervisory experience highly regarded

• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation standards

• Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible availability, including weekends

• Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
