About the Role

We are seeking passionate and experienced Trainers and Assessors to join our growing team.

You will deliver engaging, learner-focused training and assessment to students studying community services, care and foundation skills qualifications. We are looking for trainers who can build positive relationships with students, create supportive learning environments, and help learners develop the confidence and skills needed to succeed in the workplace.

Delivery may include face-to-face, blended and online training across a range of funded and fee-for-service programs.

Qualifications We Deliver

We are currently seeking trainers with experience in one or more of the following qualifications:

• CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services
• CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support
• CHC40321 Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention
• CHC40421 Certificate IV in Youth Work
• CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
• FSK20119 Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training and assessment in classroom, workplace, blended and online environments
• Support students throughout their learning journey
• Facilitate practical activities, discussions and workplace-based learning
• Conduct assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Identify and support learners who may require additional assistance
• Maintain accurate training and assessment records
• Work collaboratively with the training, compliance and student support teams

What We're Looking For

• Relevant vocational qualifications and industry experience in Community Services, Youth Work, Individual Support and/or Ageing Support
• Current industry knowledge and vocational currency
• A passion for supporting learners from diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with disadvantaged or at-risk cohorts will be highly regarded
• Confidence facilitating practical, interactive and learner-centred training

Essential Requirements

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent as prescribed by the Standards for RTOs)
• Relevant qualification at least to the level being delivered and assessed
• Current industry experience and vocational competency
• Current Driver Licence and willingness to travel when required
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to obtain)
