About the role
Talent is a global leader in digital and technology recruitment. With over 300 employees, 9 offices and revenue of $1billion, we are on a mission to build a better world of work for all - and you can be a part of it!
We know what really matters: development, flexibility, recognition, and purpose. And that's just what we offer. Of course, you can expect some additional perks including a world-class conference, health and lifestyle allowance, wellbeing days, industry-leading training & development programs, oh and ‘Friday Drinks’ if that’s your jam.
Working with Talent, you’ll be joining an award winning company with a core value to ‘Give a Damn’. We believe in having a positive impact on our people, our community, and our world.
We’re looking for a hands-on Systems Trainer to join our Business Applications Team on a 12-month parental leave contract.
Working closely with our internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you’ll turn system and process knowledge into clear, practical training content and deliver engaging training sessions to employees across Talent International.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being in front of users, explaining systems in a simple way, creating helpful training resources and supporting people to become confident using business applications.
You’ll deliver new starter and refresher training, coordinate our monthly Tech Talks, and keep system guides and learning resources up to date as our applications and processes evolve.
What you’ll be doing
