The Fullerton Hotel Sydney currently looking for Food and Beverage Attendants to join our passionate team across multiple venues. You will be the face of our friendly service, be the master of multi-tasking and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

We currently has several Full-time, Part-time and Casual positions available within its extensive Food & Beverage Operations.   

Current available positions at The Place Restaurant:

• Food & Beverage Attendants

• Barista (experienced)

Provide outstanding service across our restaurants while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining areas and service stations.

Sound beverage knowledge, especially in bar operations. Strong communication skills and a natural flair for customer service.

The successful candidate must have:

• A current NSW RSA certificate. 

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a luxury hotel environment preferred but not essential, we can show you how it's done!

• Strong and confident communication skills with a passion for customer service and for creating special experiences.

• Availability to work a variety of shifts over a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

• Professional appearance and demeanour

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Previous experience in food & beverage in luxury hotel is preferred
