Production and Cleaning Team Members

Our Client

Enzo’s at Home is a South Australian food manufacturer producing high quality, ready to enjoy Italian meals. We are a family driven business built on consistency, care, and pride in the products we make. Our Newton facility is fast paced, hands‑on, and focused on food safety, quality, and teamwork.

We are looking for casual team members to support both our production assembly line and our cleaning and sanitation operations.

Production Team Members

This role is responsible for working on a production line to assemble food products according to portioning guides, and production specifications.

Your main duties and responsibilities are:

• Operating and monitoring production equipment including mixers, rollers, fillers, sealers, and conveyors

• Completing visual quality checks on ingredients and finished products

• Sorting, trimming, packing, weighing, and labelling products

• Preparing cartons and supporting dispatch readiness

• Assisting with line changeovers and ingredient replenishment

• Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe

• Reporting equipment issues or hazards

• Following all food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and workplace policies

Role requirements

• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 20kg

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

• Basic literacy and numeracy for production instructions and documentation

• Previous experience in food production, assembly, or manufacturing is an advantage

• Valid right to work in Australia

• Food handling certification or willingness to obtain it

Cleaning Team Members

This role is responsible for hygiene, sanitation, and maintaining a safe and compliant food production environment.

Your main duties and responsibilities are:

• Cleaning and sanitising production equipment, tools, and work areas in line with HACCP, GMP, and WHS requirements

• Completing end‑of‑day and changeover cleaning including disassembly and reassembly of equipment where required

• Safely handling, diluting, and storing cleaning chemicals according to SDS and WHS procedures

• Removing waste and maintaining tidy workspaces throughout the shift

• Completing cleaning logs and documentation for compliance

• Reporting maintenance issues, equipment faults, or hygiene risks

• Supporting a safe, organised, hazard‑free environment

Role requirements

• Physically capable of manual cleaning tasks and repetitive movement

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured cleaning procedures

• Comfortable working in a food‑production environment

• Basic literacy and numeracy for checklists and documentation

• Previous experience in cleaning, sanitation, or food‑production hygiene is an advantage

• Valid right to work in Australia

• Willingness to learn and follow strict hygiene protocols
