Access Group Australia have the nation's largest privately owned fleet of access equipment. Our core business facilitates the hiring, selling, servicing and transportation of Elevated Work Platforms including Scissors, Boom Lifts, Telehandlers and Forklifts to the Construction, Material Handling and Mining Sectors. The Role
The Recruitment Advisor will achieve recruitment objectives through effective communication, planning, follow up and liaison with a variety of stakeholders and will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support to the group's talent acquisition team. This includes supporting a variety of recruitment functions across the different brands and multiple initiatives that support Access Group's People Strategy, and other duties listed below:
Advertising roles across the multiple brands
Conduct end to end recruitment for all positions across blue and white-collar roles
Drive the recruitment process to achieve placement in a timely manner
Devise and review recruitment strategies to attract the right people
Diligently screen applicants, identify selection criteria and shortlist
Arrange competency testing and pre-employment medicals
Conduct right to work and pre-employment checks
Establishing talent pools for future roles
Maintaining the recruitment tracker and onboarding register
Conduct inductions and orientation of new employees at the Canning Vale branch
Conduct regular, scheduled meetings with hiring managers to review recruitment needs
Contribute to the departments system to provide continuous improvement to the recruitment process
The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have;
Demonstrated experience in administration (2+ years would be advantageous)
Previous experience in recruitment desirable
Be highly experienced with MS Office Suite
Invested in building and fostering internal and external relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A positive, can-do attitude with great attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a highly demanding work environment
