Duties - Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, letting and contract administration
- Prepare and manage progress claims, variations, RFIs and contractual documentation
- Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and overall commercial performance
- Review and administer subcontractor claims, variations and payments
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate project reporting and ensure contractual obligations are met
Skills & Experience - Contracts Administrator experience with a reputable commercial head contractor
- Strong fitout, refurbishment and/or commercial construction experience
- Experience working on commercial projects valued at $15M+
- Strong understanding of procurement, contracts, variations and cost management
- Experience with Procore, Jobpac, Cheopss or similar construction software
- Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building or related qualification preferred
- Strong communication, commercial and stakeholder management skills
