About the Role
Reporting to the Practice Manager and working closely with the Marketing team and our Principals, this role is responsible for providing high-quality business development and administrative support.
You'll become the central point of coordination for Principal meetings, client and referral activities, and marketing support, ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
You’ll be engaging with warm contacts, referral partners and professional networks to coordinate appointments and strengthen existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and book business development meetings for NSW/ACT Principals.
Build and maintain professional relationships with referral partners and key stakeholders.
Keep CRM records accurate, up to date and prepare business development reports.
Provide administrative support to Principals, including diary management and follow-up activities.
Assist with the coordination of seminars, webinars, conferences and networking events.
Support the marketing team with CRM administration, mailing lists and event communications.
Contribute to business development initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen client and referral relationships.
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, loves being organised and has the confidence to build relationships over the phone.
You’ll be proactive, adaptable and able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You’ll ideally bring:
Previous experience in administration, executive support, appointment setting or business development support.
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a professional services environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, SugarCRM or similar.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
Confidence speaking with senior professionals by phone.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
