Business Improvement Manager – Property

About the role

You will play a key role in transforming how the Property division manages data, systems, reporting, and operational processes. Working closely with the Head of Property you will lead initiatives that improve data integrity, further strengthen governance, standardise ways of working, and support the successful implementation of enterprise wide systems.

This is a 24-month fixed-term contract that offers a unique opportunity to lead meaningful projects, delivering lasting improvements to systems, processes, reporting and data governance. The role is ideal for a commercially minded business improvement professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex environments, solving business problems, and delivering projects.

What a day in the life could look like (key responsibilities)

Drive Data Quality & Governance

• Lead initiatives to improve the quality, accuracy and integrity of property and tenancy data.

• Establish governance frameworks, standards and processes that support reliable reporting and decision-making.

• Identify opportunities to improve data management practices and commercial outcomes across the Property division.

Lead Process Improvement

• Review and map existing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Develop practical procedures, templates and documentation that support consistent ways of working.

• Suggest and implement improvements that enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.

Deliver Transformation & ERP Readiness

• Lead projects that support business transformation and operational improvement.

• Act as the Property team's key point of contact for Sydney Markets wider ERP implementation.

• Coordinate testing, system readiness and change initiatives to support successful adoption.

Improve Reporting & Business Insights

• Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards and performance metrics that support informed decision-making.

• Work with business leaders to improve visibility of operational and commercial performance.

• Deliver insights and recommendations that support continuous improvement across the Property division.

What you'll bring (skills and experience)

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Property, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in business improvement, process optimisation, systems implementation, or operational transformation.

• Experience leading data quality, cleansing, migration, or governance initiatives.

• Experience supporting or delivering ERP or other major systems implementations.

• Strong process mapping, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  Experience developing reporting frameworks, dashboards and business insights.

• Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint and reporting tools such as Power BI.
  Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive change across a business.

• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
