At Delaco Panels, we are dedicated to delivering excellence in Building industry. We’re looking for a skilled Accounts / Bookkeeper / HR to join our team and help us maintain accurate financial records and ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting.
• Payroll processing and compliance.
• Ensure tax obligations are met, including GST, BAS, and other statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with management to provide financial insights.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accounts manager.
• Proficiency in accounting software like Xero, Dext.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Finance: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Required)
