Now, Regal is looking for enthusiastic Undergraduate Site Engineers who are eager to gain hands-on experience. This role is a casual position, 3-days per week, allowing you flexibility to accommodate your study schedule.

As an Undergraduate Site Engineer, you'll support our Site and Project Management teams in coordinating site activities, maintaining project documentation, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and helping deliver projects on time and within budget. Our expected wage for this role is $35 per hour plus superannuation

• You are currently studying a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• You hold a current White Card (Construction Induction Training) (mandatory)
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working collaboratively
• You are organised, proactive, and have excellent attention to detail
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems
• You are eager to learn from experienced industry professionals and develop your career
• Experience with construction software such as Microsoft Project or Procore is desirable but not essential

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Assist Project Managers and Site Managers with the coordination of site teams and subcontractors
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, RFIs, ITPs, and O&M manuals
• Assist with material take-offs, procurement, and site deliveries
• Support quality assurance processes and document control
• Help develop construction methodologies and safety documentation
• Monitor construction costs and assist with tender submissions and project administration
• Promote a safe work environment by identifying hazards and supporting safety compliance
• Build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders
