About the Position…

As a Mechanical Engineer / CAD Drawer you will be responsible for preparing design drawings for the production and welding of agricultural bulk storage type products. Further duties include:

• Provide Mechanical Engineering/Welding/Fabrication advice and support as required.
  
• Design or redesign various bulk storage products for the production environment using analysis and CAD.
  
• Ensure that all designs are fit for purpose and in line with all legislative requirements.
  
• Produce accurate CAD drawings of parts and assemblies as required.
  
• Assist the Sales Department with customer-related engineering queries.
  

About You…

• Tertiary or Trade Qualification favourable (Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering/MIG Welding).
  
• Autocad / Bricscad or equivalent experience.
  
• CAD Drafting experience.
  
• Previous experience in similar role.
  
• A high degree of computer literacy.
  
• Full work rights in Australia.
  
• Own reliable Transport.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced or graduate Mechanical Engineer / CAD Drawer with knowledge in the manufacturing, construction or adjacent industries. You will be an energetic, positive individual that doesn’t mind getting in and getting the job done.
