Contract Cleaners Required - Brisbane CBD & Southbank

Ghanem Group is looking for experienced independent cleaning contractors and small cleaning teams to service a growing portfolio of premium hospitality venues across Brisbane CBD and South Bank.

We have high presentation standards and are looking for reliable contractors who take pride in their work, understand the expectations of premium hospitality venues, and want to build an ongoing relationship with a growing hospitality group.

This is regular early morning contract work across multiple restaurants and venues, with cleaning generally completed before 10.00am (one venue work can be completed before 12pm) and prior to venues opening for trade.

As our venue portfolio continues to grow, there is opportunity for the right contractors to take on additional sites and ongoing work.

This opportunity may suit an established individual contractor or small cleaning team who can efficiently move between locations.

Cleaning requirements will include:

• General cleaning and sanitisation

• Maintaining exceptional presentation standards

• Restaurant, bar and common area cleaning

• Restroom cleaning and presentation

• Window, mirror and glass cleaning

• Waste removal

• Detailed cleaning as required to maintain venue standards

We are looking for contractors who are:

• Reliable, professional and consistent

• Experienced in restaurant, hospitality or premium commercial cleaning

• Comfortable working to clear cleaning standards and checklists

• Able to complete work efficiently before venues commence trade

• Able to travel between Brisbane CBD and South Bank locations

• Proud of the quality of their work and willing to maintain consistently high standards

Successful contractors will need:

• A current ABN

• Their own reliable transport

• Capacity to invoice for services

• Appropriate insurances and contractor documentation

• Availability for early morning work

Cleaning equipment and products will generally be available at our venues, and clear site-specific expectations will be provided.
