What does the job look like?

Linfox is seeking a Service Management Lead to join our IT Production Services team based at Essendon Fields. This is a unique opportunity to lead a major IT Service Management transformation, while shaping the future of service delivery across the organisation. You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on platform ownership, working closely with local and offshore teams, stakeholders and external vendors.

You will:

• Own and administer Linfox's Service Management platforms, ensuring effective governance, configuration and optimisation.
• Develop and implement service management frameworks, processes and ITIL best practices across IT.
• Partner with external vendors and consultants to deliver technology and service improvement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, workflow enhancements and service optimisation.
• Support the Production Services function by ensuring effective incident, change, request and configuration management processes are maintained.

Are you the one?

We're looking for a service management professional who can influence stakeholders, lead change and continuously improve the way technology services are delivered. You'll be equally comfortable working with technical teams, offshore service providers and senior business leaders.

You can demonstrate:

• Experience leading Service Management, Service Delivery or IT Operations functions.
• Strong administration experience across ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or similar.
• Proven success delivering ITIL-based service management frameworks and process improvements.
• Experience leading complex platform implementations, upgrades or technology transformations.
• Strong vendor management experience and a track record of influencing outsourced or offshore teams.
• A passion for continuous improvement, automation and driving positive service outcomes.
