Pioneer Kitchens is currently seeking a hardworking and experienced tradesman to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified cabinetmaker or joiner looking for long-term, stable employment in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Locally owned and operated, Pioneer Kitchens has been supplying high-quality, custom-made kitchens and joinery to Canberra and surrounding regions for over 30 years. We work with both builders and private clients, delivering tailored solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, and a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

We pride ourselves on innovation, precision, and quality craftsmanship — and we’re looking for someone who shares that same passion for excellence.

You’ll be working on a variety of projects ranging from full house renovations to commercial fit-outs. This hands-on role provides the opportunity to work in a professional factory environment, where quality and efficiency are top priorities.

• Qualified tradesman (Cabinetmaker/Joiner)

• Self-motivated, with strong work ethic

• Reliable and punctual

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Well-organised and able to manage time effectively

• Ability to read and interpret plans

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• White Card, Asbestos Awareness, Silica Awareness

• Own basic set of tools

• Permanent full-time position with full entitlements

• High hourly rate – based on experience and skill level

• Overtime hours available
