Sous Chef

With ocean views to Garden Island, Running With Thieves Henderson features a brand-new kitchen, two premium bars, a two-lane drive-through, modern function and conferencing spaces, and a family-friendly beer garden with a playground overlooking the coast.

Having recently opened in May, RWT Henderson is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and manage day-to-day kitchen operations in a high-volume venue.

The role centres on running service, keeping the kitchen organised, and delivering consistent food across all service periods. You will oversee prep, maintain standards, and ensure the team is working in a controlled and efficient way. You will also assist in ordering and staff rostering and cost management.

We’re looking for someone with experience at Sous Chef level, who is reliable, organised, and able to lead during service. You should communicate clearly, hold standards, and understand how to keep a kitchen operating smoothly under pressure. Ideally, you’ll have experience with ordering and staff rostering.
