Where You'll Make a Difference

• Support new product introductions, manufacturing trials, and process scale-up activities.

• Analyze process data and prepare technical reports with recommendations for improvement.

• Develop process documentation and temporary manufacturing instructions.

• Participate in safety reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and RC&D teams to deliver business objectives.

• Support capital projects, equipment commissioning, and plant start-up activities.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3+ years’ experience in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing environments.

• Understanding of process development, scale-up, and manufacturing operations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience in food ingredients, beverage, flavour, or nutrition manufacturing.

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies.

• Experience supporting capital investment or operational excellence projects.
