Senior Facilities Manager

CBRE is looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to take ownership of FM delivery across a portfolio of commercial assets in Canberra. You will be the primary point of accountability for operations, maintenance, WHS, and contractor performance, with support from a small FM team.

You have solid commercial FM experience and the technical knowledge to manage a live building portfolio confidently. You work independently, manage contractors well, and keep a client satisfied without much hand-holding.
