What's the role?

As Business Director, you'll take the lead on the day-to-day client relationship, bringing together Planning and Investment teams to deliver exceptional work and drive growth for both our clients and PHD.

You'll be joining the team at an exciting time, working on an exciting new client win and playing a key role in building the relationship, shaping the account and setting the team up for success from the outset.

Reporting into the Group Business Director, you'll be a senior client partner and a key leader within the agency. You'll lead and develop a team of managers, connect clients with the breadth of PHD and Omnicom's capabilities, and ensure we continue to push the boundaries of what great media thinking and execution can deliver.

What will you be doing?

• Lead the day-to-day senior client relationship, becoming a trusted partner and first point of call.
• Lead and develop the Planning and Investment teams, creating a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
• Take ownership of the quality of work delivered to your client, ensuring it consistently meets PHD standards.
• Partner with the wider agency to deliver against client business plans, contracts and agreed KPIs.
• Bring together PHD's specialist capabilities across digital, strategy and the broader Omnicom network to solve client challenges.
• Identify opportunities to grow the client relationship and introduce new capabilities and revenue streams.
• Provide strategic direction and ensure teams are delivering innovative, insight-led work that drives meaningful results.
• Build strong relationships with senior clients, media partners and teams across the wider agency.
• Stay close to key media, digital and industry trends and ensure your team has the knowledge and skills to bring the best thinking to clients.
• Coach, support and develop your team, understanding what motivates individuals and helping them perform at their best.

Who are you?

• You have significant experience within a media agency, with a strong background across media planning and buying.
• You're an experienced senior client leader who knows how to build trusted, long-term relationships.
• You have strong strategic planning capabilities and a solid understanding of media fundamentals.
• You're commercially minded and can identify opportunities to grow client relationships and expand the services we provide.
• You understand the evolving digital landscape and can confidently connect clients with the right capabilities and specialists.
• You're an engaging communicator and confident presenter who can influence senior stakeholders.
• You're an experienced people leader who enjoys developing high-performing teams.
• You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and are comfortable navigating complexity, solving problems and making decisions.
• You're curious, collaborative and ambitious about producing work that pushes boundaries.
