Project Manager (Solana)

Solana is our business that creates and manages our thriving over 50’s Lifestyle Resorts.  Made up of smart and functional two-bedroom houses purposely built for retired singles or couples that have safe and easy access to the resort facilities which is an extension of their home and the heart of the community.  It is delivered and managed under the MHE Act 2003.

Stockwell Delivery is seeking a motivated and dedicated Project Manager to join our Team and drive the successful delivery of our Solana Lifestyle Resort in Bargara.  The Development Approval has just been achieved.

Stockwell has a rich history of construction and development spanning over 73 years with a strong pipeline of work in residential, commercial, retail and leisure projects throughout Queensland.  We create places where people live, work, retire and invest.

The Role:

The Project Manager has overall responsibility for the project in delivery – safety, program, resources, and commercial outcomes to deliver the infrastructure, houses and Livewell in our Solana Resorts in line with our customers’ expectations.

Position Responsibilities:

The role of the Project Manager requires:

• Coordinate the Procurement and Delivery Strategy for Solana Resorts.

• Ensure Workplace Health and Safety requirements and Quality Standards for the project are being met.

• Coordinate the resort design documentation and approvals, in accordance with our customers’ requirements and Solana PPR.

• Procure and administer the Contract for the Civil Contractor.

• Procure and administer the Contract for the House Builder.

• Work with the Stockwell Delivery Team to procure and deliver the community facilities and administer the Contract.

• Prepare and manage the project master program.

• Comply with all statutory approvals.

Experience/Qualifications:

Candidates must have:

• A minimum of 10 years in the construction industry, post qualification.

• Project Management background in civil and low-rise construction.

• General safety induction (blue/white card).

• Had direct site experience.

The Project Manager will identify opportunities to add value and manage risk to deliver on the commercial outcomes.
