About the role
We are a team of medical and allied health clinicians offering best practice developmental care in a supportive and engaged team environment. We are seeking neuroaffirming therapists to join our innovative integrated developmental assessment and intervention service and we are looking for an Occupational Therapist and/or Mental Health Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Skills & Experience
Strong neuroaffirming therapeutic skills with children, adolescents and families.
Minimum of 3+ years experience working with children and adolescents is required.
Demonstrated competency in neuroaffirming practice is essential.
Willing to work and learn in an integrated and collaborative team environment with medical specialists and experienced allied health team.
Child development and/ or mental health experience required.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
Tasks & responsibilities
Provision of registered Occupational Therapy (Preferably with Mental Health Occupational Therapy services to children, adolescents and families within a developmental paediatric and allied health service.
Current registration with AHPRA OT Board is required.
Working with Children Check is required before commencement.
Collaborative care within a team, including developmental paediatric medical specialists and team of allied health clinicians (shared formulation and treatment planning).
Participation in multidisciplinary case conferences and team supervision opportunities.
Working with management/ admin team to manage clinical admin and medical records to ensure they align with ARBRE policies and Medicare requirements.
