We're seeking an experienced EHS Business Partner to support our Rowville and Bayswater operations and help drive a proactive, positive safety culture across the business.
About The Role
Reporting into the EHS function, you'll partner with operational leaders to implement VENTORA's national EHS strategy while providing expert guidance across safety, compliance, risk management and return-to-work activities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive EHS objectives and initiatives across the Rowville and Bayswater sitesSupport managers with hazard identification, risk assessments and compliance requirementsMonitor, report and follow up on EHS action plans and performance metricsLead or support incident investigations and corrective actionsConduct regular workplace inspections and behavioural safety observationsPrepare safety reports and contribute to OHS Committee meetingsSupport housekeeping, compliance and site improvement initiativesCoordinate Return to Work activities and injury management processesChampion a strong safety culture through coaching, engagement and influence
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a safety role within manufacturing or a similarly complex environmentCertificate IV in Work Health & SafetyStrong understanding of WHS legislation and compliance requirementsExperience influencing stakeholders and driving behavioural changeExcellent investigation, risk management and problem-solving skillsExperience analysing and reporting WHS performance data
