Why This Role Matters
At Super SA, our people are at the heart of delivering trusted services to South Australian public sector employees. As a Learning & Development Support Officer, you'll play an important role in helping our workforce build capability, embrace change and achieve successful outcomes.
Working within the Organisational Change and Capability Development team, you'll use data, insights and collaboration to support learning initiatives that strengthen individual performance and organisational capability. Your contribution will help create a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our people have the skills and knowledge needed to meet future challenges and opportunities.
About The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team dedicated to workforce capability, learning and organisational effectiveness.
As the Learning & Development Support Officer, you'll provide operational and analytical support across a broad range of learning and development activities. From coordinating learning programs and maintaining learning systems to analysing workforce data and preparing meaningful reports, you'll help deliver initiatives that support employee growth and organisational success.
You'll work closely with leaders, stakeholders and external providers to ensure learning activities are effectively delivered, data is transformed into valuable insights, and continuous improvement opportunities are identified. This role offers the chance to combine your analytical mindset, stakeholder engagement skills and passion for learning to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and inclusive environment.
