About the Role

We are seeking a Guillotine and Press Offsider to join our Busselton team.

In this role, you will support the operation of guillotine and press machinery, assisting in the production of sheet metal products to meet customer specifications. This is a hands-on position within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with the opportunity to build your skills over time.

Your primary responsibilities will include: 

• Assisting with the operation of guillotine and press machinery

• Loading, positioning, and handling sheet metal

• Supporting production runs to meet output and quality targets

• Conducting basic quality checks on finished products

• Identifying and reporting any issues with materials or equipment

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

About You

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or labouring role is preferred

• Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on environment

• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Committed to maintaining a safe workplace
