WANTED Casual/Full-Time Duty Manager

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and motivated individual to join our leadership team.

As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, leading a diverse team, and ensuring our members and guests receive an outstanding experience every time they visit.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 6 to 12 months' supervisory or management experience within hospitality, clubs, hotels, or licensed venues.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and support a team.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

• Current RSA and RCG certifications (or the ability to obtain them).

• Full Australian working rights.
