What You'll DoLead the planning, implementation and reflection of engaging, play-based programs
Build strong, trusting connections with children, families, and your educator team
Create inspiring learning environments that foster curiosity, confidence and belonging
Support and mentor other educators, helping them grow in their practice
Work collaboratively with the leadership team to uphold our high standards of quality and care

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
Experience leading a room or mentoring educators
Minimum of 1-2 years experience leading a room or mentoring educators
A warm, collaborative approach and strong communication skills
A deep passion for play-based learning and meaningful connections
Current Blue Card and First Aid/CPR certification
Australian work authorisation is required for this position
