Early Childhood Educators - Lead Educator Nursery Room

• Lead the planning, implementation and reflection of engaging, play-based programs

• Build strong, trusting connections with children, families, and your educator team

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)

• Experience leading a room or mentoring educators

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience leading a room or mentoring educators

• A warm, collaborative approach and strong communication skills

• A deep passion for play-based learning and meaningful connections

• Current Blue Card and First Aid/CPR certification

• Australian work authorisation is required for this position
