SALES & ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT

Position Summary

The Sales & Administration Support role provides administrative, sales, and project coordination support to the Contract Sales team, dealing exclusively with interiors designers and architects on high end residential and commercial furniture projects.

The role involves preparing quotations and project proposals, coordinating orders and deliveries, managing client communications, and supporting furniture projects from enquiry through to completion. Working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, the successful candidate will help ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest service level possible.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organisation, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in furniture, interiors or design industries will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Proposals, Quotations & Documentation

• Prepare quotations, proposals, specifications, and project documentation.

• Ensure pricing is accurate and products are suitable for project requirements.

• Update quotations and documentation as projects change.

• Prepare clear and concise budgets for client review.

Project Coordination

• Create presentations to urgent deadlines for the Sales team to secure key commercial and residential projects.

• Coordinate furniture projects from order placement through to delivery and installation.

• Work with suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers, and warehouse teams to meet project deadlines.

• Track production schedules, shipments, and deliveries.

• Resolve issues relating to product availability, lead times, or logistics.

Client & Trade Account Support

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, builders, and private clients.

• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project.

• Assist with product selection, sourcing, and specification requirements.

• Register and manage trade accounts.

Sales Support

• Support showroom presentations and client meetings.

• Maintain knowledge of Fanuli's furniture collections, finishes, lead times, and customisation options.

• Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

• Attend industry events and networking functions when required.

Customer Service & After-Sales Support

• Provide prompt and professional service throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage client expectations and keep clients informed of project progress.

• Coordinate after-sales support and resolve service-related issues.

• Ensure a consistent and professional representation of the Fanuli brand.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Experience in sales, project coordination, administration, or customer service.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Confidence working with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

• Strong numerical skills and attention to accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desirable

• Experience in the furniture, interiors, architecture, construction, or design industries.

• Experience preparing quotations, specifications, and project documentation.

• Knowledge of furniture products, finishes, and manufacturing lead times.

• Experience working with luxury brands or specification-based sales.
