About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Yard Assistant to join our Operations team at Buckland Park.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, keeping active and isn't afraid to get stuck in. You'll support our composting operations and work alongside our Operations and Maintenance teams to help keep the site running safely and efficiently.

Shifts will be between 5:45am – 1:51pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up and maintain sprinkler systems used throughout the composting process.

• Record watering activities and operational data.

• Complete pipe cleaning, maintenance and airflow checks.

• Assist with plant and machinery cleaning.

• Complete general yard and labouring duties.

• Help across the site wherever needed to support daily operations.

• Enjoys practical, hands-on work.

• Is physically fit and comfortable completing manual tasks.

• Is happy working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Is willing to learn and take on different tasks throughout the day.

• Can work independently while also being part of a team.

• Has reliable transport to Buckland Park.
