Client Support Specialist

We are currently looking for a confident Client Support Specialist to join our growing Operations team. This role is perfect for someone just starting out in the industry and looking to grow their experience!

You will be working hybrid between our Head Office in Newstead and home.

What you'll do

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for handling client enquiries, ensuring simple, timely and accurate solutions while meeting SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Your day may include:

• Handle and respond to client queries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

• Investigate invoice or payment queries and provide clear explanations of the process

• Identify and escalate any potential risks or discrepancies to the Banking & Payroll manager when required

• Assist with Queensland Government banking and payroll activities as required

Our ideal new addition will have:

• Experience in client support particularly within novated leasing, salary packaging or financial services

• Experience and knowledge of banking systems such as Xero

• Experience in developing and documenting processes and system guidance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Salesforce and/or Catch-e is advantageous.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
