Beneficence Care Support Services is a registered NDIS provider delivering person-centred supports across the Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast, Greater Brisbane regions and Ipswich. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to support the expansion of our referral networks, participant base, and strategic partnerships. This role is unique: it requires the empathy and warmth needed to build trusted local community relationships, alongside the technical savvy required to scale local and national digital pipelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesLocal Footprint Growth: Map physical territories, conduct face-to-face drop-ins, and secure ongoing referral streams from local Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), allied health clinics, and hospital discharge teams.
National & Digital Scaling: Establish strategic remote B2B partnerships with national Plan Management firms, digital participant-matching hubs, and interstate Support Coordination networks.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Systematically track leads, conversion ratios, and onboarding stages using our CRM platform to ensure transparent reporting and operational capacity forecasting.
Ethical Brand Representation: Ensure all community networking and digital marketing completely align with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines—zero aggressive corporate sales tactics.
Develop and maintain referral pathways with Support Coordinators, LACs, allied health professionals, hospitals, and community organisations.
Generate new participant referrals and business opportunities.
Promote our services through networking, stakeholder engagement, and community events.
Represent the organisation at industry events, expos, and community forums.
Support participants and families through a smooth, person-centred onboarding journey.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the NDIS framework, pricing arrangement and sector development.
Identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
Support marketing and brand awareness initiatives.
Maintain records of business development activities and outcomes.
Work closely with management to achieve growth targets.
Minimum 1+ years of proven Business Development or Relationship Management experience strictly within the NDIS or healthcare sector.
Previous experience with proven track record in business development, sales, marketing and relationship management - ideally within the disability/community services sector.
An existing "warm network" of NDIS Support Coordinators, Social workers, allied health clinics, and hospital discharge teams is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and participant journey.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain), Working with Children Check.
Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and outcome-focused.
Proficiency with modern CRM pipelines and digital outreach workflows.
Knowledge of the NDIS sector is highly regarded.
Lived experience of disability is highly regarded but not essential.
Current driver's licence and ability to travel locally.
