Nurtured Beginnings Condell Park is an owner operated and purpose built 68 place centre on the outskirts of Bankstown. Our philosophy is inspired by theorists such as Friedrich Froebel, Emi Pikler, Loris Malguzzi- Reggio Emilia and John Bowlby - Circle of Security. We have a strong emphasis on supporting staff, families and children and are looking for a vibrant and inspired individual to learn and grow with our team.

Early Childhood Educators Trainees

Essential Criteria:

• A genuine love for the industry and desire to do what's best for children in your care
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid Certificate (ACECQA approved) or willing to obtain
• Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate (ACECQA approved) or willing to obtain
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• An energetic, positive attitude and the drive for continual growth
