Boilermaker / Welder

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Structural Steel Fabricator/Welder to join our team.

The successful applicant will have experience in structural steel fabrication and welding, with the ability to read and interpret workshop drawings and produce high-quality work within project timeframes.

About the Role

The position will involve:

• Fabricating and welding structural steel to a high standard

• Reading and interpreting workshop drawings

• Ensuring work meets quality and project requirements

• Working efficiently within agreed project timeframes

• Following established quality and safety procedures

• Working as part of a team while also being capable of working independently

• Occasional onsite work, with additional penalty rates applicable

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in structural steel fabrication and welding

• Confident reading and working from workshop drawings

• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated

• Quality-focused with strong attention to detail

• Able to work effectively as part of a team

• Adaptable and willing to undertake a variety of workshop and onsite tasks

• Familiar with working within an ISO-accredited quality system or similar
