A Grade electrician/4th-3rd year apprentices

Network Melbourne Services is a fast-growing electrical contractor delivering a wide range of projects across Melbourne. We specialise in:
• Commercial factory fit-outs and warehouse projects

• Shop fit-outs and tenancy works

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly capable A-Grade Electrician who can run job sites, lead apprentices, and deliver quality work without supervision. This role suits someone motivated, experienced, and looking to step into a leadership position.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing jobs from start to finish, coordinating with builders, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:
• Running job sites independently
• Managing and mentoring apprentices
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Coordinating with builders, site supervisors, and other trades
• Organising materials and planning workflow
• Maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site
• Ensuring jobs run on time and within scope
• Communicating clearly with management and clients

What We’re Looking For

We are chasing someone who:
• Is a qualified A-Grade Electrician (Victoria)
• Has strong knowledge across residential and commercial electrical
• Can confidently run projects without supervision
• Has experience with factories, new homes, and high-end builds
• Can manage apprentices and lead a team
• Understands builder expectations and site coordination
• Has excellent problem-solving ability
• Is motivated, reliable, and takes pride in their work
• Wants long-term growth and responsibility
