About the role

Waratah Medical Services' is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our Nursing team in Morisset, NSW on a part-time basis. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to our patients, working closely with our medical professionals to support the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

What you'll be doing

• Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing personal care

• Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised patient care plans

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients

• Adhere to all healthcare standards, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality of care

• Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

• Registered Enrolled Nurse qualification and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols and procedures

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to providing nursing care

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development

• Minimum of 6-12 months of experience as an Enrolled Nurse is required for this position
