💡 What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of Enterprise Agreements

• Partnering with Account Managers/Executives to resolve customer challenges

• Delivering responsive, high-quality customer service across calls, email & internal systems

• Building strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors

• Contributing to process improvements and operational excellence

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a customer-focused or admin role (ICT environment highly regarded)

• Administration of complex Government arrangements

• Highly desirable experience in Microsoft licensing, operations or contract management

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to work in fast paced environment

• Basic knowledge of IT products/solutions (highly regarded)
