About the role
You will be key in supporting the Works and Services team through a broad range of administrative and customer service activities. From managing applications and customer enquiries to coordinating records, meetings and business processes, you'll help ensure the smooth delivery of services that support our community.
We're looking for a collaborative and detail oriented professional who enjoys working with people, providing quality customer service to contribute to a high performing team.
You'll support a diverse range of operational services while helping to drive efficient administration and positive customer outcomes.
About you:
You're an organised and approachable administration professional who enjoys supporting others and delivering excellent customer service.
With strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, you thrive in a busy team environment while confidently working independently.
You'll bring experience using business systems and administrative processes, a commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to mentor and support colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
About us:
The Oak Flats Works Depot is home to a range of operational teams delivering essential services across Shellharbour. In this role, you will support the people and processes that help maintain the city's infrastructure, open spaces, sporting facilities and community assets.
Shellharbour City, located in the Illawarra region, is just 80 minutes south of Sydney and is home to over 86,000 people in a city that spans 154 square kilometres.
