Cockatoo Dental is a family-run practice with a strong existing patient base and consistently full books. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Associate Dentist (3+ years) seeking a long-term role in a high-quality, supportive environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants to step into a busy schedule from day one, while continuing to grow clinically and professionally.

Established patient base with strong ongoing demand
Modern, fully digital clinic (OPG, Intraoral scanner, DSLR, Intraoral cameras)
Direct mentorship from the principal dentist
Experienced team with 4-handed nursing support
Support for CPD, upskilling, and development in a range of areas
3 days to start - Flexible, with option to increase
Commission-based remuneration
Clinical autonomy with support available
3+ years experience preferred
Confident in general dentistry
Strong communication and patient focus
Team-oriented and adaptable
Requirements: AHPRA registered | Australian citizen or PR
Community-focused family dental practice with a warm, supportive culture
Modern, calming clinic with a fully digital workflow
Very well equipped with:
Intraoral cameras in every room
DSLR photography setup
OPG machine
Digital X-rays
Intraoral scanner
On-site IV sedation for anxious patients
Beautiful semi-regional location with convenient access to Melbourne's South East, only 60 - 70 Minute drive from the CBD in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges.
Experience Requirement:
Competency in day-to-day general dentistry is essential including comprehensive treatment planning.
Ideal: 3+ years clinical experience (Australia/NZ/UK/Canada)
Wisdom tooth, Orthodontic or implant experience will be advantageous.
