Encircle is seeking experienced and passionate leaders to join our Housing & Neighbourhoods Department in one of two exciting Coordinator positions:

• Community Development & Neighbourhood Centres Coordinator

• Housing & Homelessness Coordinator

Reporting directly to the Housing & Neighbourhoods Manager, these leadership roles provide the opportunity to lead dedicated teams of professionals delivering high-quality community services across the Moreton Bay region.

Both positions are responsible for driving service excellence, supporting staff performance, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring positive outcomes for the communities we serve.

We provide a wide range of services and programs across the Moreton Bay region and greater North Brisbane area, working alongside communities to build connection, wellbeing and resilience.

Lead Encircle's Neighbourhood Centres and Community Development portfolio, ensuring our centres remain welcoming, inclusive and responsive community hubs. This role focuses on community engagement, community-led initiatives, partnerships, program development and strengthening community participation and belonging.

Lead the delivery of Housing & Homelessness services, ensuring programs are safe, effective and aligned with funding, legislative and organisational requirements. This role focuses on service performance, compliance, team leadership, stakeholder engagement and improving housing outcomes for individuals and families experiencing housing stress or homelessness.

We are looking for leaders who can demonstrate:

• Proven experience leading and developing teams.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills.

• Experience managing programs, budgets, performance and compliance.

• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.

• A commitment to inclusive, culturally safe and values-based practice.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications aligned to the position applied for.

• SCHADS Award Level 6.1

• Full-time fixed-term contract through to 30 June 2029

• Monday to Friday, 7.6 hours per day between 8:00am and 5:00pm

• Work across our Neighbourhood Centre locations in Kallangur, Lawnton and Redcliffe

• Lead and mentor a team of passionate professionals
