Tyre Fitter 8/6 Roster

The Role & Project

MACA Mining is looking for a Tyre Fitters to join our maintenance team at Mcphee Creek on a 8:6 Roster.

The McPhee Creek Iron Ore Project is located 30km north of Nullagine in the north-east Pilbara region of WA. The three-year project scope includes mine load and haul of up to 10 million tonnes per annum, before being transported to Roy Hill for processing.The fleet on this project consist of Hitachi Excavators (3600-7, 1200), Epiroc Pit Viper 231, D65 drills, CAT dozers, graders, loaders, trucks (D10T2, 18M, 992K, 798D, 777).

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

Certificate 2 in Tyre Fitting (OTR Essential).HR Driver's Licence (desirable).Minimum 3 years' mining experience working on heavy earthmoving fleetSelf-motivated with the ability to manage and execute tasks independentlyDemonstrated ability to comply with Work Health and Safety policies and proceduresExcellent communication skills.Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.Must present with a “Can Do” attitude to work and safety.
