About the role

BE THE FUTURE OF DIGITAL MARKETING

The Media Specialist works across multiple Paid media and/or SEO channels and accounts, and is a highly-organised strategic thinker that is able to develop and implement client solutions independently. The position services clients directly as a client lead, supported by the Cluster Lead.

You will successfully manage relationships with new and existing clients to understand client objectives. Meet and exceed the objectives of clients through the successful development and implementation of online marketing strategies working with internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Using your practice knowledge you will be responsible for delivering highly successful, brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
You’ll define campaign delivery plans and measurement targets.
You’ll effectively track and optimise campaigns.
Prepare and present client reporting; identifying and communicating new opportunities, value delivered, and strategic direction.
You’ll develop and implement, as well as follow guidelines and processes contributing to ideas around automation or process improvement.
End to end task management, from planning to execution and reporting.
You’ll mentor others across the team helping to grow capability and knowledge.
Work with the business Partners to grow the business, positioning Sparro as Australia’s leading digital marketing agency
Promote the Sparro values and culture.

SKILLS

Effective client, stakeholder and staff management.
Passionate about your craft.
Demonstrable success in optimising media campaigns and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development.
A solid understanding about how channels work and optimise together.
A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you
Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated.
