Drill Fitter

Groundbreaking Mining Solutions is seeking experienced Drill Fitters / HD Fitters to join our team for upcoming opportunities across the Goldfields, Western Australia on a 2:1 FIFO roster.

If you have a strong background working on surface drill rigs and enjoy a hands-on field maintenance role, we'd like to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Drill Fitter, you'll be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a range of surface drill rigs to ensure maximum equipment availability and performance.

Essential Experience

• Qualified Drill Fitter or Heavy Diesel (HD) Fitter with significant drill maintenance experience.

• Proven experience working on:

  • Sandvik Contour Drill Rigs – DI650 Leopard

  • Caterpillar Platform Rigs – MD6250 & MD6310

• Strong hydraulic diagnostics and repair experience.

• Field maintenance experience.

• Shutdown maintenance and major component replacements.

• Commitment to safe work practices and high-quality workmanship.
