About the role

This is a hands-on senior relationship and new business development role within an international investment group with operations throughout Australia.

The role is national in scope, with location completely open.

You will work with current meat industry clients covering Beef, Sheep, Pork and Goat processing, ranging from large to small processors and value adding facilities. Significant industry leads will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Business development and client relationship management across the meat processing industry

• Engage with existing and potential new clients

• Form long-term trust-based relationships with clients

• Deliver first class client and candidate service

About you

• Well-qualified, experienced and results driven business development focused executive

• Enthusiastic, motivated and energetic professional

• Leadership and business development experience in meat/skilled labour or related food industry

• Proven track record of client engagement in related industry

• Honesty and personal integrity are fundamental requirements

• Previous exposure to the meat industry well regarded but not essential
