Baaia Café is an established, independently owned café with a reputation for quality food, great coffee and genuine hospitality.

We're looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team.

Our menu is creative and changes regularly, so we're looking for someone who enjoys contributing new ideas while understanding the importance of food quality, consistency, food costing and profitability.

• Qualified Chef with café or restaurant experience.

• Strong breakfast and lunch cooking skills.

• A passion for fresh, creative food.

• Experience with Japanese and/or Korean cuisine would be highly regarded.

• Experience with food costing, ordering, stock control and minimising waste.

• Organised, reliable and able to work well in a busy kitchen.

• High standards of food safety and presentation.

• Full-time permanent position.
