About the RoleAt River Mind-Body Clinic, we believe healing occurs through supportive, human relationships, not just clinical protocols and treatments. We are seeking a mental health nurse to join our small but growing multidisciplinary team in Albury. In this role, you are both the nurse administering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and an important therapeutic anchor for the people moving through this treatment.
Your focus will be twofold: delivering precise, efficient clinical care, while maintaining a calm, grounded presence that helps patients feel safe, heard, and supported throughout their treatment course.
What You'll DoRelational Patient Care: Foster a reassuring, trauma-informed environment where patients feel grounded and safe.Efficient Clinical TMS Delivery: Safely administer psychiatrist-prescribed treatment protocols, assist with mapping procedures, and maintain punctual, focused care delivery.Patient Support & Monitoring: Monitor patient comfort, track clinical outcomes, and communicate effectively with treating psychiatrists.Care Coordination: Manage clinical documentation, assist with patient education, and maintain an organised, welcoming treatment environment.

Qualified: Registered Nurse (Div 1) or Enrolled Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA registration.Grounded & Calm: You bring a natural sense of self-awareness, warmth, and embodiment into the clinical setting.Relational & Organised: You intuitively understand trauma-informed communication and can balance genuine rapport with structured, efficient workflow.Eager to Learn: No prior TMS experience is required - we provide full clinical training.
