Cleanaway's Driver Academy is designed to support women, female-identifying and non-binary people to enter Australia's essential waste and resource recovery industry through a paid training and employment pathway. No heavy vehicle driving experience is required.

About the Driver AcademyThe Driver Academy is a structured employment pathway that provides the training, support and practical experience needed to become a professional truck driver with Cleanaway.
This paid 5-week program is designed to remove barriers for people wanting to enter the transport and waste management industry, while creating meaningful employment opportunities in a sector that keeps Australia moving.
