Practice Coordinator/Manager - Silver Sands Family Dental Care

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Practice Coordinator/Manager to join our busy practice at Silver Sands Family Dental Care on a full-time basis.

As a Practice Coordinator/Manager, you will lead and work with a well-trained and friendly team that is oriented towards the promotion of oral health care through advanced treatments and active maintenance.

As a successful applicant, your role is to apply a set of core duties, a positive attitude, and professional energy towards patient services for an established, fully engaged patient base.

 To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and  attributes:​

Essential:

• Experience in a senior position or officer role within a dental practice is highly preferred.

• Demonstrates strong leadership skills.

• Shows initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Dental4Windows Software is preferred.

• Experience in dental assisting is an advantage.

• Experience in stock control and management.

• Experience in staff rostering.

• Knowledge of the dental accreditation process.
