Our vision is simple: help people move better, recover well, and build long-term health through high-quality, evidence-based care. We work across rehabilitation, longevity, and chronic disease management — practical, personalised programming that actually holds up over years, not weeks.

We're looking for an exercise scientist to own the strength and conditioning side of that work.

What you’ll do 

• Program and implement one one one and small group session (3 or less) that run for an hour 

• Apply training principles across a variety of populations with various goals 

• Establish, track, and reassess key health measures for clients 

• Educate clients with practical advice to empower them on their health journey 

• Complete administratives duties to support client care  

What we’re looking for 

• An enthusiastic passionate person who is ready to apply strength and conditioning principles to create great client outcomes 

Must have: 

• Bachelor of sports exercise science 

• Valid Australian working rights 

• First aid and CPR certification 

• Working with children check 

Nice to have 

• 1 year relevant experience 

• Private practice/gym background
