About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager / Install Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality residential heating and cooling installations safely, efficiently, and to company standard. You'll represent the business professionally in customers' homes and ensure jobs are completed right the first time, with strong attention to workmanship, system performance, compliance, and customer experience.

You'll be responsible for:

• Completing HVAC installations to a high workmanship standard with strong attention to detail and minimal defects

• Applying strong HVAC system knowledge to complete installations safely, correctly, and efficiently

• Identifying issues on site and working through practical, sound solutions

• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers about work being completed, timeframes, and site impacts

• Accurately recording job notes, variations, photos, materials used, and completion details in company systems

• Managing jobs from start to finish

• Providing 5-star customer service

• Supporting apprentices and fellow technicians where needed

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, compliance requirements, and safety standards

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Relevant HVAC / refrigeration trade qualification and licensing

• Driver's License

• White Card

• Reliability, pride in workmanship & a team-first attitude
